Petzlife Oral Care Danger

Some have whetted your appetite to the bulgur salad and I asked for the recipe .... here it is


Serves 4 200g

Bulgur
300ml vegetable stock / water
1 bunch green onions, in thin rings
1 / 2 cucumber, entkert diced
1 pomegranate
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon mint as finely cut
3 tomatoes, peel and seeded, diced
100ml extra virgin olive oil
3EL white wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar juice of 2 limes or
I used lemon finely grated rind of each
a Lemon Lemon / o;)
like and who I think ... but not a MUST
2 tablespoons of "reputation of the Oasis" is a blend of spices annsonsten of Herbaria
season ... with pepper, salt and dried herbs may also mint parsley ... o.

prepare bulgur according to package insert
diced cucumber, pomegranate seeds, diced tomatoes, onion rings and spring mix. Oil, vinegar, citrus juice, nuts and spices
Add bulgur and season may still fold.

good appetite;)
